Q: How to order?
A: 1). Tell us product demand, quantity, color, and other special requirements. 2). The engineer team will evaluate and provide a proposal. 3). Proforma Invoice will be made and sent for your approval. 4). Productions will be arranged upon receipt of your approval and payment or deposit. 5). Goods will be delivered as stated on the proforma invoice.

A: Letine has multiple tests from material purchasing to finished products by different departments like QA, QC, and the Sales team to ensure all products are in perfect condition before shipment. All products undergo a 72-hour aging test to ensure no problems. We also accept inspection by a third party appointed by you.

A: For small sample orders, express delivery (7-10 days) or air freight (10-15 days) is suggested. For bulk production, sea freight is more favorable. Please consult customer service for more details!
